I’m a forward-focused Finance Operations professional with nearly 17 years of experience, specializing in Accounts Receivable, collections strategy, and people management. I’m driven by process excellence—using internal controls, SOPs, and operational readiness to improve how teams deliver results.
I’ve led major transformation initiatives, including transforming ACH processing from a 50–60 day manual process to an 8–10 day digital process with live eMandate registration. I also improved credit management SLAs from 60% to 99% in the second month and maintained high SLAs, achieving 100% customer satisfaction score for six consecutive years.
In my current role as Head – Contact Centre, I built the contact centre from scratch and went live with 65+ FTEs, implementing CRM and Convox to strengthen service delivery and process flow.
