I’m looking to contribute my merchant onboarding, sales operations, and customer-first approach to an organization that values innovation and growth—where I can drive revenue, strengthen key accounts, and improve onboarding performance through strong CRM practices.

I’m a Merchant Onboarding & Sales Operations professional with 10+ years of expertise in payment gateway services, client relationship management, and revenue growth. I’m known for end-to-end onboarding—from lead validation to go-live—with a strong, customer-centric communication style.

In my current role, I manage merchant onboarding and inside sales teams with a focus on SLA compliance, coordinating KYC and documentation with internal teams and ensuring smooth integrations. I handle key accounts across corporate, e-commerce, logistics, and travel, while driving timely collection of setup and AMC fees.

I previously led merchant acquisition and inside sales operations at NTT Data Payment Services, maintaining accurate merchant data using Salesforce and Freshworks CRM. I also received an award (“Sales Award 2022–23: Iron Woman”) and have consistently trained teams on processes and CRM best practices to improve onboarding performance and satisfaction.
