I’m a Merchant Onboarding & Sales Operations professional with 10+ years of expertise in payment gateway services, client relationship management, and revenue growth. I’m known for end-to-end onboarding—from lead validation to go-live—with a strong, customer-centric communication style.
In my current role, I manage merchant onboarding and inside sales teams with a focus on SLA compliance, coordinating KYC and documentation with internal teams and ensuring smooth integrations.
