I’m an MBA (Human Resource Management) graduate actively seeking entry-level opportunities where I can contribute while building practical, hands-on HR experience. I’m especially interested in recruitment, HR operations, and organizational support that strengthens day-to-day workplace effectiveness.

I bring a strong foundation in human resource management through my coursework and project work, including analyzing workforce needs and employee satisfaction signals to identify HR gaps. In my Employee Retention Strategy project (Smart Infotech), I evaluated factors like compensation and career growth and recommended employee engagement and retention approaches.

I also developed research and operational understanding through my Organizational Study (Shanti Estate), where I analyzed organizational structure, workflow processes, and workplace culture using field research. Across my Women Leadership research project, I studied leadership styles and communication patterns to build strengths relevant to HR roles.

I work with care in administration and documentation—tracking, organizing, and supporting HR-related processes with clear communication and coordination. As a quick learner and adaptable team member (also an active NSS volunteer), I’m eager to contribute effectively in a professional environment and grow through real responsibilities.
