Niharika Kadechur

I’m an MBA graduate in HR and Marketing, focused on building strong, people-first HR practices. I’m seeking an entry-level HR position where I can apply my knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Through my MBA internship at Nestle Pvt Ltd in “HR & Operations,” I strengthened my understanding of HR processes and daily HR execution. I also completed a “Supply Chain Study” at KPR Sugar and Apparels Ltd and an “Operations Project” at Kamat Hotel, which helped me connect HR activities to real business operations.

My strengths include “Recruitment and Talent Acquisition,” “Employee Relations and Engagement,” and building trust through consistent “HR Policies and Compliance.” I’m comfortable supporting “Performance Management” and using “HR Analytics” to make HR decisions more effective.

I bring solid productivity tools, including “MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),” and I’m ready to contribute from day one. I approach HR with accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a supportive employee experience.
