I’m an enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA graduate seeking a role where I can apply my management skills to support company growth. My focus is on human resources, staff recruitment, and organizational development.

Through my MBA in Human Resource & Marketing, I built a strong foundation in people-focused thinking and business impact. I’m especially motivated by opportunities that let me contribute to recruitment, employee welfare, and team effectiveness.
