I’m looking to lead IT service delivery and hybrid/multi-cloud operations with strong SLA/KPI governance, ITIL-aligned incident/change management, measurable MTTR improvements, and cloud migration + resilience outcomes—while maintaining audit readiness and continuous process improvement.

I’m a Service Delivery Manager and IT Infrastructure leader, results-driven across enterprise IT operations, cloud migrations, and governance in Manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom, and Pharma. I help organizations stabilize operations and protect performance by running SLA/OLA governance and structured incident and problem management.

In my recent role, I maintained 99% SLA adherence across enterprise infrastructure accounts by building ITIL-aligned processes for change, release, and problem management—improving operational stability and MTTR. I negotiate and manage SLAs with internal teams and external vendors, and I lead multi-disciplinary teams of up to 10 engineers to deliver 2–3 programmes simultaneously while aligning to ITIL standards and client commitments.

I also own cloud and resilience outcomes, including governing end-to-end migration programmes covering ~300 VMs across hybrid AWS/Azure waves with delivery within 6 months, 30% reduced infrastructure overhead, and 99.5% service availability. To strengthen reliability, I run DR drills and refine recovery runbooks and failover playbooks, while supporting CMDB audit/reconciliation and IT asset lifecycle governance for compliance and cost optimization.

I bring governance and risk expertise aligned to GRC frameworks, ISO 27001 and NIST 800-82, and Zero Trust-aligned identity and access controls. With PMP, TOGAF, AWS SA Professional, and CKA credentials, I focus on measurable performance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
