I’m a technical content and documentation professional with 12+ years of experience delivering high-quality user guides, release notes, SOPs, and digital enablement materials in fast-paced environments. I translate complex product and process knowledge into clear, usable documentation that teams and end users can act on.

Most recently as a Senior Technical Writer at Capgemini Technologies, I created release notes, user guides, and process documentation, and produced training videos using Camtasia. I authored and maintained documentation on Confluence, collaborated with engineering teams via Azure DevOps, and contributed to SharePoint content and API documentation.
