At Interact Solutions, I define and share process methodology standards and work across the business process lifecycle, from discovery through automation. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement BPMS and develop automated processes with clients.
I facilitate process analysis and complex negotiations, and I conduct trainings for colleagues, partners, clients, and teams across the company. I also demonstrate the system in commercial presentations and proofs of concept.
As a volunteer with ABPMP Brasil, I lead a study group preparing participants for certification and support the exchange of BPM knowledge. I’m an internationally certified CBPP® and hold a degree in Executive Secretariat from Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC).
