At Central IT, Capgemini, Euax Consulting and leading Brazilian organizations, I map, analyze, model and document strategic business processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN and BPM. I have supported initiatives for MINALBA, SVM, Nacional Gás, Claro, Brasil Telecom and Banco Boston.
Over 26 years in technology companies and consulting, I’ve coordinated process teams, implemented BPMO practices, automated workflows in Bizagi Studio with SQL integration, and produced operational procedures, project documentation, SLAs, project charters and process controls. I bring experience in process governance, SOX compliance, ITIL, project management, quality assurance, risk management and monitoring implemented processes.
