What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Product Management role in healthcare where I can use clinical insights, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to make data-led product decisions, build scalable roadmaps, and improve clinical outcomes.

I'm currently managing Medtronic's CRM portfolio across key hospitals in Karnataka, supporting pacemaker implant and replacement cases while building relationships with cardiologists and electrophysiologists.

Previously at Taevas Life Sciences, I owned the Karnataka market for ENT and Neuro devices, accelerating adoption of COG, FHIT, and iNap through physician engagement, hospital-level playbooks, and clinical feedback loops. I surpassed Q1 revenue targets by 125% by translating unmet clinical needs into tailored solution positioning.

At Abbott India, I led GTM execution for launches including Citro Soda UTI and Zolfresh ER, drove 104%+ month-on-month sales growth in FY24, and helped secure early adoption through specialty KOL engagement.
