As Global Director of Compensation, I drive global merit and bonus planning, pay equity, governance, salary structures, job grading, market benchmarking, and incentive cycles. I also use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate compensation analysis, reporting, and HR communications.

Previously at Ricoh U.S.A., I led enterprise workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, skills-gap analysis, and compensation strategy. I supported 1,800+ employees across Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations as a Regional Human Resources Manager.

My background also includes HR business partnering at Comcast and HR operations leadership at EMC, where I supported large employee populations across customer care, manufacturing, and engineering. I’m committed to data-driven decisions, inclusive cultures, and developing leaders from line managers through the C-suite.
