I’m a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist with 2.5 years of experience in operations management, customer support, process improvement, and data analysis. I handle high-volume transactions, investigate operational issues using internal tools and SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely resolutions.

At TTEC (Remote), I manage daily operational tasks, maintain case documentation and records to support audits and operational reviews, and analyze operational data to identify trends and support decision-making. I streamline repetitive processes to reduce turnaround time, support quality assurance by ensuring compliance with company policies, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve discrepancies.
