At Securonix, I lead Salesforce administration and development initiatives supporting global RevOps teams. I designed automation with Record-Triggered Flows, Apex, validation rules, and approval processes, and built real-time integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and n8n.
I developed a Salesforce-to-Jira integration for automated ticket creation and synchronization, and led MEDDPICC CRM enhancements and Lead-to-Opportunity automation. I also optimized Apex and Flow performance by resolving governor limit issues and managed production deployments.
At Ceptes Software, I led the 360Degree Property Management CRM Product, which is live in App Exchange. My earlier work included enterprise Salesforce implementations, Lightning migration initiatives, and Salesforce customizations and integrations.
