What I'm looking for

I'm looking to configure and improve Salesforce solutions that streamline workflows, strengthen data accuracy, and increase user adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

I'm currently configuring and maintaining Salesforce at VOIS, supporting business requirements through Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and user access controls.

I manage incidents, service requests, releases, deployments, testing, and post-release validation while maintaining data quality, governance, and platform performance.

Previously at Wipro, I supported Salesforce administration for AT&T, created and tuned Salesforce reports, and worked with clients and stakeholders to improve customer feedback processes.

At Tech Mahindra, I helped implement Salesforce for a healthcare organization, configuring patient management, appointment scheduling, and medical-record integrations while training fellow associates. I'm a Salesforce Admin Certified professional with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ support, SQL, Git, and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
