I’m seeking to leverage my HR operations and Learning & Development expertise to transition into strategic HR roles—bringing automation and process improvement for greater impact, seamless employee experiences, and continuous growth.

I’m a highly motivated HR professional with 2 years of experience in HR operations and Learning & Development, supporting a global workforce across the Nordics region (Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden). I manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with a strong focus on compliance, seamless employee experiences, and resolving complex HR cases as a primary escalation point.
