I also made onboarding workflows more structured and drafted standard replies for 30+ common employee queries. I partnered with HR, IT, Admin, and business teams to support timely system access.
During my HR internships, I sourced and screened candidates, conducted assessments, and maintained recruitment data. My academic project examined crisis management practices in organizations, and I hold a B.Com (Hons.) from Trinity Institute of Professional Studies.
