I’m looking for a remote opportunity with a fast-growing global company where I can improve customer lifetime value and customer experiences through retention, account growth, and multi-channel support.

At FairMoney, I manage retention and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of B2B merchants, maintaining renewal rates above 90%. I also guide corporate clients through onboarding and product deployment, and resolve complex support escalations within established SLAs.
