What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own desktop/IT support, troubleshoot quickly, document tickets in ServiceNow, and train teams—using my hands-on problem-solving to improve reliability.

I’m a versatile professional with hands-on experience in technical support, heavy equipment operation, and construction. I’ve built a track record of resolving technical issues efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

On the IT side, I provide daily desktop support for employees, resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. I monitor and track support tickets using ServiceNow, support network-related issues, deliver staff training on troubleshooting, and document recurring technical issues using root cause analysis.

Across operations and field work, I’ve operated backhoes and mini excavators for excavation and site preparation, and I’ve worked with propane and electric forklifts for safe material handling. I also bring construction and restoration experience—covering roofing, siding, windows, concrete, and demolition—with a strong focus on safety, quality, and weatherproofing.
