What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my endpoint deployment, cloud administration, and Tier 2 support experience in a role where I can improve device operations, support users, and contribute to secure technology implementations.

At SysArc, I provide Tier 2 technical support and lead enterprise hardware imaging, deployment, and configuration projects for end users and clients.

I've completed more than 300 device deployment and imaging projects while supporting Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Google Workspace environments. My work includes provisioning, user management, endpoint lifecycle management, profile migrations, hardware replacements, and asset tracking.

I coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users to keep projects moving with minimal business disruption. I also support AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions while maintaining security and operational efficiency.

Before moving into IT, I led operational teams in military infrastructure, construction, retail, and heavy-equipment environments. Those experiences shaped my approach to safety, project execution, customer service, mentoring, and solving problems under demanding timelines.
