I’m an operations and customer experience leader with 10+ years of experience managing multi-location pet service facilities, nationwide events, and social media strategy. I’m known for leading teams, improving customer satisfaction, resolving complex issues, and driving operational consistency across multiple sites.

In my current role as a General Manager, I oversee daily operations across 5 locations serving 250+ dogs per day, lead multi-site teams for accountability, and resolve escalated customer issues while protecting client relationships. I also manage social media to increase engagement and visibility, and I use root cause analysis to implement corrective actions that improve service recovery and retention.

As a National Social Media Director, I direct national strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and X—developing content calendars, monitoring engagement, and coordinating messaging with regional and state-level leaders. I bring a process-improvement mindset to crisis communication, reputation protection, event planning, and continuous optimization using platform performance metrics.
