What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply operational leadership and animal-care experience, grow professionally, mentor staff, and improve customer and animal welfare in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

I am an operations-minded manager with extensive experience in hospitality, customer service, and animal care. I consistently deliver high-quality standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing daily operations.

In my current role as Resort Manager I oversee staffing, payroll, training, marketing, and care standards for large numbers of animals and employees. I have hands-on experience in bathing, grooming, medical care coordination, and supervising play groups and facility maintenance.

Previously I held leadership roles across retail, foodservice, and collections environments where I managed hiring, terminations, scheduling, cash control, inventories, and performance coaching. I bring strengths in mentoring, problem solving, and employee engagement.

I am ready to learn and further develop my skills in a role that values reliability, positive attitude, and operational excellence. I pursue growth, organization, and practical solutions that improve customer and animal outcomes.
