I’ve led the platforms companies grow on at Zendesk, Segment, Medium, and Mux—owning product strategy, growth, architecture, and the teams that ship. At Mux, I grew dashboard weekly active users to 8.5K+ and drove Dashboard V2, funnel instrumentation, and Video.js v10.
I’ve doubled Segment product signups, expanded Medium into 77 countries, and grew Zendesk’s web team from 2 to 20. I still build production software end to end with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, grounding leadership decisions in the work engineers and customers actually experience.
