I'm looking to lead and mentor distributed engineering teams, align technical execution with product goals, and build scalable, reliable web platforms with high autonomy and shared accountability.

At StellarWP, I lead distributed development squads, guide architectural decisions for frameworks used across hundreds of thousands of production environments, and remain actively hands-on in PHP and modern JavaScript.

I previously helped The Events Calendar improve high-traffic enterprise performance, modernize reusable system components, and strengthen WCAG accessibility compliance. At Modern Tribe, 10up, and GigaOM, I built and supported full-stack web platforms, internal frameworks, automated testing pipelines, and reliable deployment practices.
