I've managed day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations at Afeer, overseeing reservations, housekeeping, staff scheduling, hiring, training, payments, guest accounts, occupancy, and room rates.

Previously, I led front-desk shifts at Regency Palace Hotel Lebanon, coordinating departments to support seamless customer service and monitoring daily transactions, high balances, and housekeeping discrepancies.

I also developed content for the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik website, writing and editing multilingual press releases, covering events, publishing news, and preparing reports. I bring journalism and communication education alongside fluent Arabic, English, French, and Italian.
