I’m a highly successful executive recruiter focused on engaging and retaining high performing wealth managers and investment specialists. I specialize in building trust and long-term relationships where performance and client outcomes matter.

For more than a decade at SA Stone Wealth Management Inc., I served as Director Of Business Development (July 2010–November 2024). During that time, I helped drive growth in securities and brokerage services offered through SA Stone Wealth Management Inc., aligning opportunities with the right expertise in the wealth space.

Earlier, I led recruiting as Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Director Of Recruiting (March 2005–June 2008) and held senior sales leadership roles including TD Ameritrade Institutional Senior Vice President (July 2008–June 2010) and National Sales Director at Conseco Securities Inc (February 1996–March 2002). I bring a commercial, talent-focused approach that keeps recruiting outcomes grounded in business impact.

Right now, I’m also building as Self Employed Art Director (November 2024–Present), which keeps my communication sharp and my presentation instincts strong—skills I bring back to recruitment and relationship building every day.
