I’m a results-driven IT Infrastructure/Summation Administrator who enjoys keeping organizations running smoothly through hands-on technical support, preventive maintenance, and secure, dependable systems. I focus on troubleshooting quickly, improving performance, and reducing downtime with clear documentation and timely communication.
In my current role as an IT Infrastructure and Support Assistant at OlamFood Ingredients, I provide help desk support across in-person, phone, and remote channels while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. I install, configure, and update operating systems and applications, enforce IT security policies, keep security patches and anti-virus up to date, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
Previously, in an IT Support role within the Legal Department at Multipro Consumer Products Ltd., I delivered the same core support—resolving connectivity challenges (internet, VPN, e-mail), supporting LAN/Wi-Fi, monitoring network performance, and assisting with system checks and preventive maintenance. I also supported backup and recovery processes and helped maintain IT equipment inventory to support smooth operations.
Earlier, as a Network Surveillance Analyst Intern at IHS Towers, I monitored telecom sites and network systems in real time using NMS tools, tracked alarms/faults/performing issues, and escalated critical incidents to the right teams. I analyzed trends using KPIs like uptime, latency, and signal strength, coordinated maintenance and planned outages, and monitored power systems to help ensure sites stayed operational.
