I’ve spent over six years giving face-to-face and phone support across hospitality, retail, and reception, handling enquiries, resolving queries, and keeping customer experiences positive in busy environments.

Most recently, I’ve been delivering outstanding service at North Shore Coffee Shop while preparing orders fast, handling payments accurately, and responding professionally when customers need help. Before that, as Bar Manager at Hop Brewery, I managed day-to-day operations, handled complaints, supervised staff, and ran stock control and daily reconciliations.

I started as a Beautician & Receptionist at Tan Box, where I was the first point of contact in person and by telephone—managing appointments and customer records, processing payments, and keeping administrative work accurate and confidential.
