What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote customer service or contact centre role where I can support customers by phone and email, resolve queries professionally, complete administration, and continue learning new systems.

I've built more than eight years of customer-facing experience across hospitality, retail and care, focused on friendly service and practical problem-solving.

At Quiet Street Coffee, I manage day-to-day operations, handle payments and records, resolve customer queries and complaints, and keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

I've also supported customers at Co-op and communicated patiently with residents, relatives and colleagues as a Care Assistant. These roles strengthened my ability to stay calm, organised and attentive while managing competing priorities.

I'm comfortable supporting customers by phone and email, completing administration and data entry, and learning new systems. I'm now looking to bring these transferable skills to a fully remote customer service or contact centre role.
