I am an operations and behavioral healthcare leader with extensive experience in overseeing ABA service delivery across various settings, including clinical, in-home, and educational environments. Currently, I am completing my Master’s in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), which complements my passion for streamlining operational workflows and enhancing client outcomes across multi-site organizations.

In my current role as a Student Analyst and Operations Coordinator at TIKI Inc., I manage ABA service delivery, optimize scheduling, and lead client intake assessments. My focus on data-driven performance management has allowed me to implement effective OBM strategies that improve recruitment and retention, while also enhancing brand visibility through social media management.
