I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can lead HRIS, total rewards, and organizational development initiatives in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a Strategic People Business Partner with 10 years of experience building scalable HR programs, leading HRIS implementations, and improving employee experience across global teams. I excel at using data-driven insights to design total rewards, workforce planning, and compliance solutions that enable growth.

At my most recent role I led a Global HRIS (Dayforce) implementation and a PEO extraction, reducing data error rates to under 1% and launching an in-house U.S. health and benefits program that achieved 98% open enrollment completion. I also designed a scalable pay grade and job architecture for US and India and drove initiatives that increased eNPS by 8%.

I partner with leaders on organizational design, employee relations, and change leadership to deliver operational excellence and workforce analytics. I bring hands-on project management, global HR support, and a commitment to fair, consistent HR practices that protect the business and empower employees.
