What I'm looking for

I'm seeking patient-access or medical coding roles that use my ICD-10 coding, EPIC/Cerner expertise, and training experience in a collaborative, patient-focused organization offering growth and leadership opportunities.

I am a patient access professional with experience in standard patient registration, insurance verification and access across multiple health systems. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Performing Arts (Cum Laude) from Wayne State University and an AAPC Certified Professional Coder (Aug 2025).

In clinical roles I handle patient lab orders, validate ICD-10 codes, and schedule outpatient visits while working in EPIC, Cerner and Microsoft Office 365 environments.

I have developed and delivered specialized training programs, served on a leadership advisory council, led office staffing and scheduling, and coordinated office conference software—bringing a blend of technical, operational and training strengths to patient-access operations.
