What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant role where I can handle administrative tasks, apply strategic thinking and communication skills, and support operations directly.

I've handled flight ticket reservations, bookings, changes, refunds, travel preparation, invoicing, and client follow-up at Pimp Africa Travel Agency. I also supported supplier account reconciliation, debt recovery, daily system control, and corporate client database management.
