At VGROUP, I handled inbound client calls, supported several client accounts, and built GoHighLevel pipelines and workflows to organise contacts and automate follow-up. I also developed AI chatbots for three client businesses and an AI voice agent for a dental clinic.
At VGROUP, I built nine websites for client businesses and planned and tracked a six-month social media campaign for a roofing company. Engagement rose 20% in the first month and 60% by the fourth month.
Since 2021, I’ve worked independently with freelance clients, building and maintaining WordPress websites, including e-commerce stores, and designing GoHighLevel CRM systems. My MEng thesis involved cleaning and processing datasets to build a heart disease prediction model.
