What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine software engineering with data analysis/visualisation and database management, while contributing to digital transformation. I want a team that values results, learning, and clear collaboration.

I’m a software engineering graduate with 4+ years of hands-on experience in the computer domain, combining software maintenance with data visualisation and data management system analysis. I’m results-driven, perfectly bilingual, and I quickly learn and master new technologies in both team and self-directed settings.

In my recent role as Chief of Bureau for Budget, I review and analyse financial proposals, coordinate annual budget execution, validate procurement contracts, and support digital transformation in budget management and financial reporting. Previously, as a Computer Engineer (Analyst) in the SIGIPES Project Unit, I created, updated, and maintained personnel databases, conducted analysis to support salary and career decisions, and trained staff on salary/career management software.

I’ve also worked as an Admissions/IT Officer, designing graphic content, updating a company website, managing software and networks, and supporting partnerships with schools overseas while marketing online using digital techniques. Earlier experience includes sales-focused customer service and an MAETUR internship where I helped build a cartridge management system, installed antivirus over LAN, and supported network administration and troubleshooting.
