What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations leadership role where I can scale teams and projects, strengthen client partnerships, improve processes, and deliver measurable quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.

I lead global fraud operations for Booking.com at TTEC, overseeing 80 agents and five team leads across three locations. I’m accountable for productivity, quality, SLA delivery, and client alignment.

I launched three new projects in three years, managing end-to-end setup, resourcing, and client onboarding. I also built annual ramp and capacity plans to meet seasonal demand, improve coverage, and reduce backlog.

My background at TTEC includes team leadership and customer service delivery for Booking.com’s CSP hub. I’ve coached teams on KPIs, resolved escalations, improved retention, and supported partners with listing optimization, pricing, availability, and product functionality.

Earlier, I ran a foreign-language school branch, directing studies, hiring, finances, advertising, marketing, and research. I bring experience in hospitality operations, reservations, guest relations, back-office administration, and HR.
