I am a Service Designer and UX Researcher with over 8 years of experience translating complex ideas into accessible content, frameworks, and service experiences. I specialize in turning research insights into clear narratives and content strategies, using systems thinking and visual storytelling to align teams and stakeholders.
My work spans strategic service design, ecosystem mapping, and information design across automotive, fashion, and public sector projects, including assignments with Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Autoliv, and Tapestry brands.
