What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support patients and customers with accuracy, privacy, and empathy—while using my pharmacy and troubleshooting experience to resolve insurance and medication workflow issues, improve processes, and collaborate across teams.

I’m a Registered Pharmacy Technician with experience across pharmacy operations, insurance-related processing, and high-volume customer support. I focus on accurate dispensing, medication reconciliation, and compliance, while keeping patient profiles and records current and confidential.
