I am an experienced project manager and service coordinator with over seven years of proven expertise in service coordination, operations management, customer support, and contract oversight. I consistently design and plan projects from inception through execution to meet changing industry and company demands.

In my current roles I serve as Contract Manager and Service Coordinator, where I establish KPIs, manage CMMS contract setups, oversee billing processes, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance and contract profitability. I have a strong record of improving service efficiency, preparing proposals and deficiency reports, and maintaining transparent client communication.

Previously I supervised maintenance teams, managed scheduling and payroll, handled vendor and customer negotiations, and implemented preventive maintenance contracts to ensure accurate tracking and service delivery.
