At Penn Recruiting LLC, I founded and lead an executive recruitment firm serving clients in real estate, construction, hospitality, legal, accounting, finance and banking. I’ve placed more than 75 executives across 15 companies through direct-hire searches, from client needs assessment and sourcing through evaluation, negotiation and placement.
I’ve developed relationships with global hotel organizations, real estate owners and developers, private-equity firms and other professional-services clients. I also built a network of over 12,000 first-degree LinkedIn connections across construction, real estate, architecture, engineering and design.
At Managers Investment Group LLC, I led a six-person accounting team and oversaw audits, tax compliance, financial statements, forecasts and cash analyses. I partnered with the CFO on a financial-system conversion from Peachtree to Great Plains Dynamics.
At ICG Commerce, I built and implemented accounting procedures and systems, managed financial reporting and trained a four-person accounting department. Earlier, as an Assurance & Business Advisory Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I advised financial-services clients on assurance matters. I’m a CPA and earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
