What I'm looking for

I'm looking to re-enter the workforce in a talent acquisition role where I can lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with business leaders, build technical and consulting talent pipelines, and use market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.

At Deloitte, I led full-lifecycle recruiting for more than 12 consulting profiles across USDC, including SAP SuccessFactors, Full Stack, ServiceNow, Data Science, Python, ETL, Cloud Data, Hadoop, and MDM.

I partner with hiring managers and business leaders to shape recruiting strategies, use market intelligence and analytics to refine hiring plans, and support candidates from screening through offer closing. I’ve strengthened candidate engagement through events, sourcing, interview-day facilitation, and cross-functional process improvements.

Previously, I managed full-cycle recruiting at ISGF and recruited IT, Accounting, and Finance talent at Rezult Group, where I was promoted from IT recruiting to sole Accounting & Finance recruiter within three months. I’m ready to re-enter the workforce after a planned career break and apply my recruiting, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
