I’m looking for an HR role where I can own HR operations and talent acquisition end-to-end, strengthen payroll and compliance, and use analytics dashboards to drive faster, smarter decisions—while continuously improving workflows through automation.

I’m an HR professional with 3 years of experience specializing in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Administration. I focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle management, optimizing HRIS/HRMS data, and ensuring statutory compliance through clear policy and accurate MIS records.
