I’m a strategic, results-driven HR Manager with 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Compliance, and multi-company HR handling. I currently serve as the sole HR lead for 4 partnered companies across Travel, Digital Marketing, Event Management, and Debt Recovery industries.

I manage HR operations for 4 partnered companies, including payroll processing for 300+ employees and statutory compliance covering PF and ESIC. I also supervise HR assistant support and oversee vendor HR projects while keeping administrative operations running smoothly.

In prior roles, I led end-to-end recruitment lifecycle work, maintained HR databases and documentation, and supported payroll processing and attendance management. I also assisted in LinkedIn hiring campaigns using Boolean Search and contributed to employer branding efforts.
