What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and scale consumer or FMCG businesses—owning P&L, launching products, and improving supply chain and operational KPIs with measurable growth, margin, and retention outcomes.

I founded AreomYoung, a science- and Ayurveda-led skin and hair care brand, taking it from concept to consumer with a full product ecosystem of 25+ SKUs.

I own the end-to-end business—from R&D, sourcing, and production to e-commerce and go-to-market—using data-led pricing, SKU optimization, and supplier negotiations to push growth and efficiency.

Before that, at K.G. Pan Products Pvt. Ltd., I managed category P&L across five major product lines, improved revenue year over year, reduced procurement costs, and implemented JIT to cut working capital and holding costs.

I’ve also led operations and quality teams, using KPI governance, Lean Six Sigma, and structured process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and overhead—then built BI dashboards to make performance visible and actionable.
