Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I managed new-hire training for Life and Annuities claims delivery, designed training programs, assessed readiness, measured effectiveness, and implemented corrective action plans for upskilling needs.
Over a decade at Optum Global Services, I trained teams on healthcare claims, coding standards, provider payments, and the end-to-end member and provider claim lifecycle. I also create learning materials and Camtasia videos, backed by Train-the-Trainer and GAKUSH training.
