At ZeroTwo, I monitor and support data center network and infrastructure operations using Grafana and SNMP tools. I install and troubleshoot Cisco equipment, configure Proxmox, and create and manage virtual machines.

I also deploy and support TACACS for network-device authentication and set up PacketFence for basic network access control. My work includes applying basic FortiGate policies and automating operational tasks with PowerShell and shell scripts.

Previously, I led network support for enterprise accounts at Wipro India Pvt. Ltd, using SolarWinds Orion and ServiceNow. Across earlier network roles, I supported Cisco LAN/WAN operations, user needs, and incident response.
