In my recent role at ICON Plc as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, I gather business and technical requirements to define and enhance ServiceNow catalog items and service requests. I map AS-IS and TO-BE request fulfillment workflows, document approval and automation logic, and support catalog design with request variables, forms, notifications, and knowledge documentation.

I’m comfortable working end-to-end in Agile delivery—writing user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborating on backlog prioritization, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to validate catalog functionality, workflow automation, and integrations. I partner closely with ServiceNow developers, testers, product owners, and project managers to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and meet quality standards before production deployment.

Previously at Asentech LLC, I documented BRDs, process flows, and functional requirements, and I supported sprint planning, task assignment, and validation with development and QA teams. Earlier in my career at HSBC, I worked in Executive Trade Services and Anti-Money Laundering operations, performing sanctions screening, transaction monitoring analysis, and compliance investigations—skills that continue to strengthen how I approach risk, quality, and operational excellence. I’m also CBAP-certified (Simplilearn, April 2023) and bring a practical, customer-focused mindset to every process improvement and automation opportunity.
