I’m looking to lead complex banking transformation—driving business value through Business Analysis, Proxy Product Ownership, Agile/SAFe delivery, and strong risk/control frameworks—while partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable operational efficiency.

I’m a Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner with 13+ years delivering strategic, regulatory, and operational change across Banking and Capital Markets. I focus on business analysis, functional design, requirements engineering, and process optimisation—helping teams strengthen controls and drive successful business readiness and adoption.

In my current role as a Senior Manager – Risk & Consulting, I lead HSBC Workflow Orchestration Platform transformation initiatives (ServiceNow), owning requirements discovery, functional solution design, backlog prioritisation, and post-production support. I also manage UAT, stakeholder communications, training, and change adoption, while defining data lineage and controls to support regulatory reporting, risk and compliance programmes. Earlier, at Fidelity International, I delivered regulatory change and operating model transformation, including target operating model design, control frameworks, data mapping/migration, and automation that reduced manual effort by 40%.
