At Express-Scripts, I administer and enhance Jira, Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. I migrated 10,000+ issues, projects, 800+ users, and 30 workflows from Jira Server to a Jira Data Center instance.

I create complex Jira workflows and extend them with Groovy and JavaScript scripts. I also build JQL queries, dashboards, and filters that give business teams operational and performance metrics.

At PNC-Bank, I customized Jira projects, workflows, fields, and reports to support team processes and reporting needs. I also provided configuration support for self-hosted Jira and Confluence.
