I am a Senior Atlassian Developer with hands-on experience administering and upgrading Jira and Confluence across Cloud and Data Center environments. I specialize in migrations, performance tuning, and integrating Atlassian tools with CI/CD and identity providers.
At Elavance Health I upgraded 3-node Jira & Confluence Data Center instances on Azure RHEL VMs, configured SMTP/HTTPS/SSO (miniOrange, OKTA), installed and configured plugins like eazyBI and XRAY, and implemented multi-level approvals with Herzum.
Previously as an Atlassian Administrator at Schneider Electric I served as a Cloud Organization Admin, managed cloud-to-datacenter project migrations, led cleanup and performance tuning, created custom workflows and scripted fields, and supported BAU with RCA documentation and user training.
