I’m looking to own Jira/Confluence governance end-to-end—driving automation, migrations, and secure access—while building dashboards and reporting that leadership can trust. I want a team where I can translate ambiguity into durable process improvements.

I’m an Atlassian Administrator with 6+ years’ experience designing, optimizing, and securing Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian suite tools for enterprise environments. I’m known for balancing security best practices with user enablement while supporting 1000+ users in remote and hybrid settings.

I lead workflow automations, large-scale migrations, governance, and cross-platform integrations that streamline processes and boost productivity. From Jira configuration to reporting strategy, I focus on making data usable—building JQL reporting, executive dashboards, and audit validation that teams can rely on.

As a Jira and Confluence Data Center administrator, I’ve owned multi-project administration tasks including user provisioning and access management, workflow and permission schemes, and service account creation for API-based integrations. I also supported platform maintenance, upgrades, and system optimizations, alongside plugin administration (ScriptRunner, Structure, Zephyr, Tempo, etc.) to extend Atlassian functionality.
